Why This Project Worked

LED Display Solution Provided
The project used five lightweight P3 LED poster displays equipped with mobile wheels. Each unit could function as a portable display, while the five screens could also be aligned to present coordinated content across a much wider surface.
This modular arrangement addressed two different operational needs:
- During the Canadian trade show, the units worked together as a large digital backdrop.
- For later events, the client could separate the posters and place them at entrances, beside product demonstrations or in different areas of a venue.
- P3 resolution was selected for an indoor setting where visitors would often stand only a few metres from the booth. At that distance, presentation graphics, branding elements and interface demonstrations needed to remain readable without specifying an unnecessarily fine pixel pitch for the application.
Installation and On-Site Performance
Five units were aligned along the rear of the booth to create one wide display surface while keeping the front area open for demonstrations and visitor meetings.
The screen remained clearly visible under the venue’s ceiling lights. Mobile bases made positioning and alignment easier during setup and allowed each unit to be moved independently after the event.

Conclusion
This Canadian trade show project used five P3 LED poster displays to create a bright, portable backdrop within limited booth space. The modular design supported fast setup, easy repositioning, and reuse at future events.

Visitors viewed the screen from relatively close range inside the exhibition hall. P3 provided suitable detail for branding, presentation graphics and digital interface content while remaining practical for a multi-unit indoor display.
Yes. The main advantage of this configuration is that the displays can operate together as a wide backdrop or be placed individually in different areas, depending on the event layout and control configuration.
They can be particularly useful in compact booths because their vertical design occupies a relatively small footprint. In this project, the screens were placed along the rear of the stand, leaving the front area available for staff, furniture and visitors.
The installation time depends on site access, the number of units, content setup, power distribution and the required screen alignment. Mobile poster units generally reduce the amount of fixed structural work, but the final schedule should be planned from the booth drawing and venue rules.
Useful project information includes the booth width and height, viewing distance, indoor lighting conditions, event schedule, content resolution, power availability and whether the displays will be transported to future events.
Yes. Independent, wheeled units are well suited to temporary and repeat use. Transport protection, handling procedures and on-site alignment should be included in the rental plan.
