Client Requirements
Why This Project Worked

LED Display Solution Provided
NSELED supplied six indoor P3 LED poster displays configured for cloud-based content management and synchronized multi-screen playback.
Each unit had a slim, vertical structure suitable for placement beside glass partitions, meeting areas, reception spaces, and internal walkways. Because the posters were freestanding, they could be installed without constructing a permanent supporting wall.
Individual and Combined Operation
The 6 LED posters could operate independently or display coordinated content.
When used separately, each screen could show a different message, presentation page, product image, or information panel. When positioned side by side, content could be scaled across multiple posters to create a wider digital canvas.
This gave the client more flexibility than a conventional single-purpose display.

Cloud-Based Content Control
The cloud management system allowed the client to update the led posters without connecting a separate playback device to each unit.
From the control platform, the operating team could:
Upload new images and videos
Prepare playback schedules
Assign different content to individual screens
Synchronize content across several led posters
Update campaigns without adjusting every display manually
This simplified routine content changes and made the six-screen system easier to manage.
Freestanding Office Design
LED Poster were positioned directly within the prepared office areas.
This installation method avoided drilling into glass partitions or constructing a large fixed frame. It also allowed the poster units to be repositioned when the client needed to change the office layout.
The vertical format used less floor width than a traditional horizontal screen and matched the architectural proportions of the office entrances and glass panels.

Conclusion
This Netherlands office project shows how LED poster displays can provide a practical alternative to a permanently installed video wall.
The client needed a digital presentation system that offered a larger visual area while remaining compatible with glass partitions, limited floor space, and a completed corporate interior. By using six P3 LED poster displays, the project created a flexible system that could operate as individual screens, smaller groups, or one synchronized presentation wall.
Cloud-based content management simplified daily updates, while the freestanding structure reduced installation work and allowed the screen arrangement to change when required.
The finished installation now supports presentations, internal communication, branded content, and visitor-facing media without limiting the office to one fixed display layout.

P3 provided clear text, graphics, and video at typical indoor office viewing distances.
Yes. LED Posters can be synchronized to form a wider three-screen or six-screen display.
Yes. Each unit can show independent content for presentations, announcements, or promotional use.
The client can upload, schedule, and update content through a cloud-based control platform.
No. The freestanding design allowed the displays to be installed without building a permanent video wall or modifying the glass partitions.
