Why This Project Worked

Installation & Performance
Before deployment, the team reviewed the DJ booth layout, viewing areas, speaker positions, power access and cable routes. The mobile displays were rolled into place without wall mounting or structural work.
Technicians checked power and signal connections, screen addressing, playback modes, brightness and color consistency. Videos and DJ graphics were tested continuously before handover.
During events, the screens delivered bright visuals while occupying minimal floor space. Their mobile design also allowed quick repositioning when the venue layout changed.
Testing and Delivery Process
Before shipment, the six units were assembled and inspected at the NSELED facility. The evaluation covered cabinet condition, module consistency, signal stability, playback performance and mobile-base operation.
The screens were also aged under continuous operation to identify possible module, power or signal faults before packing. Each unit was then protected separately for transport so the customer could handle the posters as individual rental assets.
The final handover package should include the confirmed control-system information, connection guide, spare-parts list and operating instructions used for this project.

Customer Feedback
To protect the credibility of the case study, do not publish a fabricated quotation. If the customer has not provided a written review, use a factual summary such as:
Following the initial deployment, the customer confirmed that the mobile format was practical for event setup and that the screens could be repositioned around different DJ booth layouts.
Conclusion
This US DJ event project shows how individual LED poster displays can solve practical challenges that do not always require a conventional LED wall.
The six P2.5 units combined detailed indoor playback with a compact footprint and flexible deployment. For the customer, the main advantage was not simply screen brightness—it was the ability to adapt the same equipment to different venues, audience sizes and rental schedules

The customer needed portable screens that could be installed quickly and repositioned for different event layouts without permanent construction.
Yes. Each unit can show separate content or work with other screens for synchronized playback.
Yes. P2.5 provides clear images at the short viewing distances typically found around DJ booths and indoor event spaces.
The freestanding design requires no wall mounting or truss assembly. Event staff can roll the units into position before connecting power and signal cables.
The screens can display DJ branding, promotional videos, event information, animated graphics and other visual content supported by the control system.
