CLIENT REQUIREMENTS
WHY THIS PROJECT WORKED

LED DISPLAY SOLUTION PROVIDED
Ten P2 LED poster displays were supplied for the exhibition. The 2 mm pixel pitch provided clear visuals for text, logos, QR codes and product graphics at close viewing distances.
Each unit could operate independently or be aligned with other units to form a wider digital backdrop. Lightweight cabinets and mobile wheels enabled quick positioning, while the slim floor-standing design preserved valuable booth space without requiring overhead rigging.
CONCLUSION
This UK exhibition project demonstrates how LED poster displays can be used as adaptable event equipment rather than fixed digital signage.
The ten P2 units addressed a specific combination of requirements: fast setup, close-range image detail, visibility in a brightly lit hall, limited booth space and repeated rental use. Their floor-standing construction avoided a complex suspended installation, while the modular arrangement allowed several posters to operate as a wider digital backdrop when required.
For exhibition organisers, rental companies and stand contractors, the most important lesson is to evaluate more than pixel pitch alone. Installation time, handling method, available floor depth, audience distance and future reuse all affect whether a display will work successfully in a live event environment.

The project used ten floor-standing LED poster displays with a P2 pixel pitch. The units were intended for temporary exhibition and rental applications.
Visitors viewed the screens from relatively short distances inside the booths. A 2 mm pixel pitch provided suitable detail for logos, promotional text, website information and other close-viewing content.
Yes. Each unit can operate as a standalone vertical display. Multiple units can also be arranged side by side when a wider digital presentation area is required.
Their slim, floor-standing format placed the digital surface close to the booth boundary. This left more usable space for counters, seating, printed materials and visitor conversations.
The lightweight construction, mobile wheels and flexible layout made them suitable for temporary deployment and repeated event use. Transport protection, equipment inspection and careful cable management remain necessary parts of a professional rental workflow.
This project used floor-standing units and therefore did not require overhead suspension. The floor must still be level, the wheels or supports must be secured correctly, and the installation should comply with venue safety requirements.
They can be positioned together as a modular display, subject to the product’s control configuration, content mapping and physical alignment. The required playback arrangement should be confirmed before the event.
Useful details include the booth width and height, viewing distance, available installation depth, access route, setup time, content resolution, power conditions and the number of events for which the screens will be used.
