SMT machine: By moving the placement head, surface mount components such as LED lights and ICs can be automatically placed on the PCB board.

Reflow soldering machine: The solder paste is cured, and the SMT components and the circuit board are soldered together through different temperature changes. Convenient for later wave soldering.

Aging shelf: LED modules need to be aged on the aging shelf for 72 hours, and all electronic components are more mature.

Solder paste machine: The solder paste machine is the front-end process equipment of the SMT production line. It is responsible for printing the solder paste on the PCB electronic board to prepare for the subsequent installation process.

Glue machine: Glue treatment can not only prevent the PCB board and LED pins from being exposed to the environment. The LED can also be fixed to improve the product's resistance to external shocks and vibrations.

Coating machine: The protective paint is sprayed evenly on the designated position of the PCB automatically and dried automatically. The painted circuit board has water-proof performance.

Drying rack: Automatically control the cooling glue time, so that the module will flow out automatically after drying.

Coating curing oven: fast and automatic curing of coatings to ensure stable performance of electronic components.
