On a sunny day, NSELED Company held a one-day group building and expansion activity in Fenghuang Mountain.

Why do we need to organize group building?

All employees gather together to participate in outdoor activities, not only can it help employees relieve stress and adjust to a better state to cope with new challenges in their work, but it can also enhance team cohesion, enhance team execution, and deepen friendly relationships among colleagues. Therefore, group building is a meaningful activity for NSELED company.   

Where is the destination for our group building?

Fenghuang Mountain, known as the first mountain in Bao'an, is located in Bao'an District, Shenzhen. Although the mountain is not high, it is famous for its Fengyan ancient temple on the mountainside and ancient pagoda village at the foot of the mountain, known as the "Fengshan blessed land with abundant water and abundant blessings".In this beautiful place, we can definitely have a wonderful day.

What did we do on this journey?

Early in the morning, our colleagues gathered in the company to prepare for today's destination - Fenghuang Mountain.

After a forty-minute journey, everyone arrived at their destination. As soon as we reach Fenghuang Mountain, we can see the scenery shaded by green trees, and also feel our hearts healed. The air is so fresh that it makes us feel like we are far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. And then we started our first activity today---Take group photos. Left us with a precious collective photo of the company.

Next is the free activity time, Everyone can choose to explore where they are interested and take photos.

The next activity is at 9:30 am, everyone will work together to have a picnic. Some colleagues will cut vegetables while others will cook. With the joint efforts of everyone, we have finally completed a delicious meal. While everyone was cooking for this picnic, colleagues who transformed into photographers left many memorable photos. Perhaps many years later, when they recall this activity, they will definitely consider it is a beautiful memory.

After a satisfying meal, it's time for everyone to rest. During this period, the scenic area provides fruit-picking activities for everyone, including Cherry tomatoes, Pitaya, watermelon, grapes, etc., where you can enjoy the wonderful time brought by nature.

And then came the climax of today's activity - climbing Fenghuang Mountain,.Everyone was full of energy moving towards the top of the mountain, During the mountain climbing process, everyone helped and supported each other, ultimately reaching the top of the mountain. From the top of the mountain, overlooking the entire city, the scenery was very beautiful. Let everyone forget about fatigue and enjoy the magic of nature. Everyone carried out the spirit of our company not afraid of difficulties and striving towards the goal. In this way, a deeper meaning was infused into this activity.

After a happy day, it was time for the end of this group-building activity. After everyone got down the mountain, we arrived at the assembly point and took a group photo. Then, everyone was ready to drive back to the company.

What did we gain from this group building?

In this team building, colleagues gained a better understanding of each other and improved their understanding through collaboration in cooking, creating a relaxed atmosphere.

Through this team building activity, everyone has relaxed their mood, released the pressure of work, and not only exercised their bodies but also stimulated their enthusiasm for work and life.

Team building allows us to understand that no matter how strong an individual is, we also need to understand the importance of teamwork and have a sense of belonging to the team, so that we can do our work better and better.
